The Terms and Conditions presume that every Host, Entrant, and Winner has acted with reasonable care. If you decide to engage in a competition without exercising ordinary precautions, you undertake such participation at your own peril.

By entering a competition or engaging in any other form of participation, you are doing so under the condition that you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms regulate the relationship between you, the Host, Entrant, and the Winner, and are binding upon all parties involved.

Pinoy Lucky Draws refrains from providing competitions in any location where offering or promoting such competitions would be illegal or subject to unmet registration, qualification, publication, or approval prerequisites.

Section 2: Raffle Conditions

The Promoter

• The entity responsible for organizing all competitions is 'Pinoy Lucky Draws' a team consist of 5 members in Philippines. The address is 28 Boni St, Lucena City, Philippines.
• While the term 'raffle' is commonly employed on our platform for marketing and search engine optimization objectives, it is crucial to emphasize that every participant is required to answer the Competition Entry Question during entry. Consequently, all events hosted on our platform are legally identified as 'Prize Draws' rather than raffles.

Service Charges, Affiliate Commissions and Featured Fees

• Any Featured Fees paid to Pinoy Lucky Draws by the Host are non-refundable.
• The Service Charges and Affiliate Commission (if applicable) will be deducted from the Total Proceeds.

Charities

• In the event that the total income generated from the raffles or any other activities on this platform exceeds a specified threshold, Pinoy Lucky Draws commits to allocating a portion of the surplus to charitable causes. The determination of the specific percentage or amount designated for charitable donations will be at the sole discretion of Pinoy Lucky Draws. This initiative reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and supporting charitable endeavors. Details of the charitable contributions, including the selected charities and the amounts donated, will be transparently disclosed on the platform or through other communication channels. Participants are encouraged to check for updates regarding these charitable contributions on the Pinoy Lucky Draws website or contact our customer support for more information.
• Any charitable donation will be deducted from the Host's not on participants.

Section 3: Eligibility

To enter a Raffle:

1. The Entrant must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The raffle is open only to residents of the philippines.
3. Participants are allowed to enter the raffle multiple times, subject to limitation or rule that the raffle provide.
4. Participants need to register in order to buy raffle ticket.

The following people may not enter a raffle:

1. employees or shareholders of Pinoy Lucky Draws or its holding or subsidiary companies;
2. employees of agents or suppliers of Pinoy Lucky Draws or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

Section 4: Claiming the Prizes

Prize Delivery for Physical Items:

1. If the prize won is a physical object, it will be dispatched to the address provided by the participant during the registration process.
2. The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their registered address. Failure to provide accurate information may result in a delay or inability to deliver the prize.
3. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely and secure delivery of physical prizes.

Communication for Prize Delivery:

1. In the case of physical prizes, participants may be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during the registration process to confirm delivery details.
2. Participants are encouraged to promptly respond to any communication regarding prize delivery to avoid delays or issues.

Prize Delivery for Monetary Prizes:

1. If the prize won is in the form of money, it will be delivered via website credit or money transfer.
2. The participant may need to provide additional information to facilitate the transfer of monetary prizes, such as bank details or other relevant payment information.
3. We will make reasonable efforts to process monetary prizes promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Unclaimed Prizes:

1. Participants are responsible for claiming their prizes within the specified timeframe communicated by Pinoy Lucky Draws Team.
2. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited, and Pinoy Lucky Draws reserves the right to reassign or dispose of unclaimed prizes at its discretion.

Notification of Claim:

1. Participants are required to notify Pinoy Lucky Draw promptly upon receiving the prize or if there are any issues with the delivery.
